John Schaefer joined Terranomics Retail Services in 2001 and, together with teammate Mark Koenig, will continue to specialize in the sale and leasing of retail properties and tenant representation in the San Francisco North Bay and East Bay areas. Prior to joining Terranomics in 2001, John specialized in retail leasing and investments at CB Richard Ellis. Before entering the brokerage business, he was an Account Executive and Sales Manager for Authentic Fitness Corporation (NYSE). He, along with a sales team of thirteen independent representatives, created and implemented a marketing and sales program throughout the United States, Puerto Rico and Guam. John's retail expertise allows him to provide his clients with an in-depth look at retail as it is seen through the eyes of the retailer.
