| Mike Cattuzzo joined NAI BT Commercial/Terranomics in 2007 as a Senior Vice President and brings over 25 years of diverse and extensive experience in real estate in the Sacramento Region. Mike started his commercial real estate career in 1980. In 1983 Mike joined Lukenbill Enterprises, as Director of Development and Marketing. For the next 14 years Mike was involved in, and or, oversaw the conceptual design, pre-development, development, construction, financing, marketing and leasing of more than 2,500,000 square feet of office, industrial, technical flex buildings, retail, restaurant, commercial, apartment and special purpose buildings and projects. After leaving Lukenbill Enterprise, Mike engaged in personal commercial real estate development and brokerage in the Sacramento region, until he joined CTBT and Terranomics in 2007. |

| During and after college, Mike was employed in the architectural design industry and also worked at the State of California Space Management Division (General Services) where he utilized his architectural and planning talents to help design and plan interior and exterior of office and retail buildings. Mike has extensive experience analyzing and/or managing complex real estate and/or financial transactions. He has a strong understanding of public policy, public land use processes, real estate development and familiarity with Sacramento area governmental agencies Mike also has extensive experience working with lenders and property owners in the creative disposition of distressed or foreclosed commercial properties. |
