Scope of Service Experience:
As Managing Partner of Terranomics, Matt manages 35 highly experienced retail leasing professionals in six offices. This puts him in direct daily contact with strategies for hundreds of tenants and shopping center owners. He is directly responsible for overseeing the growth of Terranomics and its brand since 1998. Today Terranomics represents 98 national retail tenants, and 175 listings representing over 24.5 million square feet in 25 counties across Northern California. He serves as the Chairman of Chainlinks Retail Advisors and sits on the Board of Directors of Cassidy Turley/BT Commercial.

Over the last 20 years, Matt has represented 13 major shopping center projects from the ground up totaling +/- 7 million square feet. As a tenant representative, Matt represents the nations most sought after retailer “Target Corporation” in the San Francisco Bay Area and Central Valley, having completed +/- 25 transactions to date. Additionally he has represented Hollywood Video (73), T-Mobile (20) and Smart & Final (12), on their initial rollouts in the market.

A native of San Francisco, Matt lives on the Peninsula with his wife and 3 children.

Background & Experience
Prior to joining Terranomics, Mr. Kircher worked in the Redwood City office of CB Commercial. His accomplishments were recognized with the 1991 Rookie of the Year and Top 5 Retail Producer Award (Greater San Francisco Bay Area) in 1993 and 1994, respectively. Additionally, in 1994, he was the #1 Retail Broker in the San Francisco Region and recognized as being one of the Top 20 Producers in the U.S. for the retail division of CB Commercial.

Mr. Kircher joined Terranomics Retail Services, Inc. in mid-1995 as a Retail Specialist in San Francisco. He has been the top-producing Broker for the firm in '96, '03, '05, '06,'07 & '09.

In 2000, Matt was presented by the executive board of BT Commercial with the “Howard Friedman Award” for excellence in management.
