Patrick joined Terranomics in March 2005. He has sixteen years experience in commercial real estate, with thirteen years in brokerage. Patrick spent three years as a Real Estate Manager for The Home Depot, where he led a team of architects, engineers and attorneys to bring about the successful development of new stores. Patrick has successfully completed transactions in all nine Bay Area counties, as well as California's Central Valley.
