Prior to joining Terranomics, Steve worked at Staubach as a retail tenant-rep and shopping center leasing specialist. At Staubach, Steve exclusively represented both national-credit, regional and local retailers in finding and negotiating new store locations. Steve also represented both institutional and private capital owners and developers in project leasing, merchandising consulting, valuation and shopping center advisory services. Steve's knowledge of retailer's location criteria, co-tenancy motivations and contract clause nuances adds value to clients due to his ability to discern and relay the story of a property's highest value.
Prior to working at Staubach Retail, Steve was an analyst at Fulcrum Commercial where his tasks included underwriting, research and marketing. |
