Scope of Service Experience:
Shaun works throughout the Sacramento Valley and has been involved in projects in Sacramento, Solano, Placer and El Dorado Counties. Primary focus includes landlord representation of new construction retail projects, tenant representation, ground leases and pad sales, build to suit for tenancy and purchase, leased income investment sales and owner/ user acquisition. Additional services and experience include procurement of use permits and other entitlements, and disposition development agreements involving public land.

Education
A graduate of California State University-San Jose.

Background & Experience
Shaun began his career in commercial real estate in 1987 with the Sacramento office of Marcus and Millichap, specializing in leased income investments and apartment sales for three years. The next four years Shaun worked for a Sacramento based real estate investment trust (REIT) as one of two brokers overseeing the lease negotiations and documentation for the REIT's extensive office, retail and industrial portfolio. Since 1994 he has been an active broker in the Sacramento marketplace. Shaun was a founding partner of the local Coldwell Banker Commercial office that changed its affiliation commencing 2003, becoming the regional NAI affiliate.

Professional Affiliations & Designations
Shaun has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1986 and is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), having completed the necessary curriculum and resume for application. Shaun has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1989 and is a member of the NAI National Retail Council. He is a past nominee for Retail Broker of the Year by the Sacramento Association of Commercial Real Estate and has been named a retail "Heavy Hitter" by the Sacramento Business Journal. Shaun is a former Coldwell Banker Commercial Circle of Distinction Member and has been involved in numerous local boards and committees related to economic development and community improvement.
