24 Hour Fitness comes to town: After buying a two-story building on Crane Court in North San Jose from Limar Realty, Dollinger Properties promptly signed a lease with 24 Hour Fitness to take the entire 86,000 square feet.

Kalil Jenab, Mike Costa and James Chung, brokers from NAI/BT Commercial, handled the transaction. The fitness company plans to open the new facility under its "ultra sport" concept, which offers cardio equipment, a swimming pool, basketball court, massage, sauna, day spas, racquetball court, and rock climbing.
