Raley's Opened 52,324 SF Grocery Store at Woodcreek Village Shopping Center

Roseville, CA - June 25, 2008 - Shaun Morrow with Terranomics Retail Services represented landlord 5R Partners, LLC in a 52,324 square foot lease to Raley's at the Woodcreek Village Shopping Center in Roseville. The center is located at the NWC of Woodcreek Oaks Boulevard and Pleasant Grove Boulevard . The anchor space is part of a portfolio of former Ralphs grocery stores acquired by the LLC in the Sacramento region. The recently opened Raley's joins 30,000 square feet of shop and pad space at Woodcreek Village , which includes tenants Wells Fargo, Golden 1 Credit Union, Starbucks, Subway, Dominos, and Cold Stone Creamery.

 

Save Mart Renews 26,900 SF Locale in Petaluma

Petaluma , CA - June 25, 2008 - Meghann Martindale, John Schaefer and Mark Koenig with Terranomics Retail Services represented property owner The Braff Family Trust & Kline Petaluma LLC in the lease renewal of a 26,900 square foot freestanding grocery building in Petaluma . The property is located at 1000 N. Petaluma Boulevard and is leased to Save Mart and operated as a Lucky store. This was one of the 132 Albertsons store locations that Save Mart acquired as a portfolio in early 2007.

 

Dollar Tree Stores Rolls in to Rocklin's Blue Oaks Town Center

Rocklin, CA - June 25, 2008 - Bob Dong and Jared Dong with Terranomics Retail Services represented Dollar Tree Stores in the long-term lease of 12,000 square feet of in-line retail space at the Blue Oaks Town Center in Rocklin. The Center is situated at the NEC Blue Oaks Boulevard and Highway 65 and is owned by Rocklin Retail, LLC. Dollar Tree will open to shoppers in mid-July.

 

Tuesday Morning, Inc. Coming to El Macero Shopping Center this Summer

Davis, CA - June 25, 2008 - Mike Cattuzzo and Greg Margetich with Terranomics Retail Services represented property owner Troublefree, LLC in the lease of 8,200 square feet of end cap retail space to Tuesday Morning, Inc. at the El Macero Shopping Center in Davis. Tuesday Morning, Inc. will open to customers August 2008. The 50,000 square foot shopping center is located at the SWC Mace Boulevard and Chiles Road and is anchored by a Nugget Market.

 

Alameda Towne Centre Signs New Eatery and Credit Union to Growing Roster

Alameda, CA - June 25, 2008 - Sharon Carmichael and Michael Seigel with Terranomics Retail Services represented Harsch Investment Realty in two new long-term lease transactions at the Alameda Towne Centre located at W. Park Street and Otis Drive. New tenants Alameda Credit Union leased 3,603 square feet of in-line space and Daphne's Greek Café leased 2,004 square feet of in-line space.

 

Morgan Hill Power Center Adds a Dentist and Wireless Phone Company

The first transaction included a 1,890 square foot in-line lease to Dental Care, which will occupy this September, and the second lease was for 1,200 square feet of in-line space to Tuff Talk Wireless, Inc. Payless Shoe Source is set for a February 2009 store opening. The new Target-anchored project located at MacDonald Avenue and I-80 is currently well underway with construction. Target will be opening this July and shop space will be delivered in August. In addition to Target, other notable committed tenants include Radio Shack, Sally Beauty, AT&T, Panda Express, GameStop, and Wingstop.

Amidi Petroleum Acquired 0.6-Acre Site for $1.4 Million in Sunnyvale from Valero

Sunnyvale, CA - June 25, 2008 - Mike Costa with Terranomics Retail Services and Andy Bogardus with NAI BT Commercial's Leased Investment Group based in the firm's San Francisco office have teamed up represent the seller, Valero, in the $1.4 million sale of a 0.6-acre site located at 698 N. Fair Oaks Avenue in Sunnyvale. The buyer was Amidi Patroleum, Inc. The site will likely remain operation as a gas station, but it has not yet been disclosed if the site will remain under the Valero gas brand or whether it will take on a new station brand.
