Based out of NAI BT’s San Francisco office, Gabbay and Chuck will team up to specialize in retail investments in the San Francisco and East Bay regions. Nima Gabbay has been consulting property owners with respect to increasing value of under-performing assets since the beginning of 2000. As an MBA graduate from NYU, Gabbay brings a finance and economics background that enables him to provide expertise and creativity to all transactions, whether structuring a deal or acquiring the highest value for his client’s assets. Nima comes to NAI BT Commercial from Marcus & Millichap where he was recognized as one of the best retail investment brokers in the San Francisco office. Kevin Chuck started his career in commercial real estate in 2001 and also joins NAI BT Commercial from Marcus & Millichap, where he was a part of one of the top 20 producing teams company wide. He has successfully marketed, negotiated, and closed transactions ranging from multi-tenant retail centers, mixed-use office/retail buildings, single-tenant investments, and development land. During his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Chuck played a significant role in over $45 million in transactions.
