  Three’s Company in Bay Area’s North-Eastern Region for Ets-Hokin

San Pablo, Rocklin & Antioch, CA – September 12, 2005 – Solomon Ets-Hokin with Terranomics recently brokered three separate retail lease transactions in the northeastern region of the Bay Area in August 2005. In the first deal, Ets-Hokin represented PWS Laundry (landlord) in the lease of 1,800 square feet to QC Holdings (tenant) at 15205 San Pablo Ave., San Pablo, CA. In the second lease transaction, Ets-Hokin was on the procuring side, representing 123 Fit who took 2,000 square feet for a 10-year period at Regency Centers’ Stanford Ranch Village in Rocklin, CA. And in the third deal, Ets-Hokin brokered the lease of 3,000 square feet at Empire Center along Lone Tree Way in Antioch, CA. Ets-Hokin represented the tenant, Busy Body, who leased the space from Skepner Development Co. for a term of five years.


Foot EFX Grows Within Robertsville Shopping Center, San Jose

San Jose, CA – September 12, 2005 – Todd Oliver and Matt Taylor with Terranomics teamed up to represent both tenant and landlord in the lease of 1,820 square feet of in-line, expansion space within the Robertsville Shopping Center along Almaden Expressway in San Jose, CA. Foot EFX (tenant) leased the space from Almaden Associates (landlord) for a term of five years.


Oddball Gets In-Line at Bancroft Center, Berkeley

Berkeley, CA – September 12, 2005 – Michael Seigel and Carmen Decker with Terranomics partnered up to broker the lease of 1,544 square feet of in-line space within the Bancroft Center on Bancroft Way in Berkely, CA. Seigel and Decker represented both tenant, Oddball, and landlord, Bancroft Center Company, in the transaction. Oddball inked the space for a term of five years.


Ono Hawaiian BBQ Brings Island Flavor to Stockton

Stockton, CA – September 12, 2005 – Staci Eisler and Drew Greenspan with Terranomics represented Ono Hawaiian BBQ (tenant) in the lease of 1,860 square feet of retail space at Park West Place located at 10404-10850 Trinity Pkwy., Stockton, CA. The owner was Kitchell Development. Ono Hawaiian BBQ will occupy the space for an initial term of five years.


Great Frame Up Finds Picture Perfect Location in San Mateo

San Mateo, CA – September 12, 2005 –Drew Greenspan with Terranomics represented Great Frame Up (tenant) in the lease of 1,250 square feet of retail space at 35 A West 25th Ave., San Mateo, CA. The owner was Anjel Ailanjian. Great Frame Up signed to a term of five years.
