DiMaggio’s Hits Home Run at San Francisco Site
San Francisco October 6, 2005 Rhonda Diaz with Terranomics represented both landlord and tenant in the lease of 7,500 square feet of restaurant space. DiMaggio’s Restaurant signed a ten year deal at the legendary restaurant space formerly occupied by Fior d’Italia in San Francisco’s North Beach area. The 7,500 square foot site faces Washington Square and the church where Joe DiMaggio and Marilyn Monroe were married. The restaurant is due to open in the spring of 2006.
Panda Express Bears Liking to Tennant Station, Morgan Hill
Morgan Hill, CA October 6, 2005 Sharon Carmichael and Michael Seigel with Terranomics teamed up to represent Panda Express in the lease of 2,371 square feet of end cap retail space within Tennant Station in Morgan Hill, CA. The landlord was Facchino/LaBarbera Tennant Station. Panda Express took tenancy mid-September 2005 on a ten year lease.
El Pollo Loco Nuts for South Valley Plaza, Gilroy
Gilroy, CA October 6, 2005 Jon Stansbury and James Chung joined together to broker the lease of a 15,000 square foot ground lease at the South Valley Plaza, located at the southwest corner of Highway 101 and 10th St. in Gilroy, CA. Stansbury and Chung both represented the lessee, El Pollo Loco LLP, and Stansbury represented the lessor, F&F South Valley Associates LP. Currently, there is a 3,700 square foot pad structure located at this site but that will be demolished to construct a new space for El Pollo Loco.
Belmont Plaza Satisfies Appetite with Edible Arrangments, Belmont
Belmont, CA October 6, 2005 Matt Taylor with Terranomics represented Davey Glenn LLC (landlord) in the lease of 1,210 square feet of in-line retail space at the Belmont Plaza Shopping Center located at 390 El Camino Real, Belmont, CA. The tenant, Edible Arrangements, inked a five year lease that commenced September 1, 2005.
Cold Stone Creamery Keeping Warm in Bay Area in 2005
Bay Area, CA October 6, 2005 Sharon Carmichael, Michael Seigel and Carmen Decker recently represented Cold Stone Creamery in the lease of 850 square feet of in-line retail space at Monticello Inn at 119 Ellis St., San Francisco, CA. The lessor was Dern Greinetz, Inc. This latest deal represented the fourth lease transaction from Cold Stone Creamery, represented by the Carmichael, Seigel and Decker trio, in the Bay Area in 2005. Other cities have included San Jose, Pacifica and Fremont.
