  Two Deals Meet at the Crossroads Regional Center, Riverbank

Riverbank– November 1, 2005 – Matt Kircher, Carmen Decker and James Chung with Terranomics represented landlord Browman Development Group in two lease transactions at Crossroads Regional Center, anchored by Target and Home Depot and located at the northeast corner of Oakdale and Claribel in Riverbank, CA. In the first deal Wells Fargo, represented by Lee & Associates, leased 5,000 square feet for a period of 180 months, and in the second transaction General Nutrition Center, represented by Grubb & Ellis, leased 1,400 square feet for a term of five years.


Norwalk Furniture Finds Comfort at Pleasanton Square

Pleasanton, CA – November 1, 2005 – Todd Oliver with Terranomics brokered the lease of 4,934 square feet of retail space within Pleasanton Square along Johnson Drive in Pleasanton, CA. The tenant, Norwalk Furniture, inked the space for five years. Oliver represented the landlord, Reynolds & Brown, in the transaction.


San Jose Market Center Adds Original L&L Hawaiian BBQ Flavor

San Jose, CA – November 1, 2005 – Matt Kircher, Todd Oliver and Carmen Decker with Terranomics teamed up to represented Cousins Properties, Inc. in the lease of 1,786 square feet within the new San Jose Market Center, located at Coleman Ave. and Taylor St. in San Jose, CA. The tenant, L&L Hawaiian BBQ, will take occupancy in March 2006. San Jose Market Center will be anchored by retailers Target, Petsmart, Michael’s, Office Depot and Cost Plus. According to the L&L website, this will be the Honolulu-born franchise’s second San Jose location; the other will be at 1805 E. Capitol Expressway which is to open in November 2005.

Deeelish, Inc. Finds Tasty Location within Menlo Crossings

Menlo Park, CA – November 1, 2005 – Mike Costa and Matt Taylor teamed up to represent tenant Deeelish, Inc. in the lease of 2,900 square feet of retail space within Menlo Crossings, located at 700 El Camino Real, Menlo Park, CA. The landlord, Menlo Station Development, was represented by Edward Plant Company.


Main St. Santa Teresa Shopping Center Adds Two Tenants, San Jose

San Jose, CA – November 1, 2005 – Sharon Carmichael and James Chung with Terranomics represented landlord Keenan Land Company in two new lease transactions at the Main St. Santa Teresa Shopping Center, anchored by Nevada Bob’s Golf & Tennis and Albertson’s. In the first transaction Pet Food Max, represented by Meacham/Oppenheimer, leased 5,352 square feet at 866 Blossom Hill Rd., and in the second transaction Formal Headquarters leased 987 square feet at 872 Blossom Hill Rd. Formal Headquarters is relocating from their current address in Oakridge Mall to the Main St. Santa Teresa Shopping Center.


Starbucks Keeps Coffee Brewing in San Leandro

San Leandro, CA – November 1, 2005 –Staci Eisler with Terranomics represented Starbucks in the lease of 2,100 square feet at 15555 East 14th St. in San Leandro, Ca. The landlord was Bayfair Development, LLC. According to the Starbucks website, this will be their sixth location in San Leandro and their third on East 14th Street, one of the city’s main streets.


Camden Park Finds Happiness in Nail Salon, San Jose

San Jose, CA – November 1, 2005 –Sharon Carmichael and James Chung with Terranomics and Allison Koo with NAI BT Commercial joined forces to broker the lease of 1,569 square feet of retail space within Camden Park located at 2019-2021 Camden Ave., San Jose, CA. Carmichael and Chung represented the landlord, Camden Park, LLC, and Chung and Koo represented the lessee, Happiness Nails. Happiness Nails will combine 750 square feet at 2019 Camden Ave. and 819 square feet at 2021 Camden Ave. for the total 1,569 square feet.


Fremont Auto Mall Gets in Shape the L A Way

Fremont, CA – November 1, 2005 –Carmen Decker and Michael Seigel with Terranomics paired up to represent landlord R&J Equities, LLC in the lease of 1,500 square feet of retail space within the Fremont Auto Mall, located at the corner of Auto Mall Pkwy and Fremont Blvd. in Fremont, CA. The tenant, LA Weight Loss, was represented by Colliers International.
