San Jose Market Center Adds Three New Tenants
San Jose, CA February 8, 2006 Todd Oliver and Matt Kircher with Terranomics represented landlord Cousins Properties, Inc in three new lease transactions within San Jose Market Center at Coleman and Taylor in San Jose, CA. The three new tenants included: T-Mobile, represented by Steve Cutter with Terranomics (2,038 square feet), Sleep Train Mattress (4,501 square feet), and Jamba Juice (1,316 square feet).
Seven Tenants Join Crossroad Regional Center
Oakland, CA February 8, 2006 Matt Kircher, Carmen Decker and James Chung with Terranomics brokered seven new lease transactions within Crossroads Regional Center at NEC Oakdale and Claribel in Riverbank, CA. The trio represented the owner, Browman Development, in all transactions. The new tenants will include: Great Clips (1,050 square feet), Just Wingin’ It (1,295 square feet), Queen Bee Nails (2,633 square feet), T-Mobile (2,253), Payless Shoes represented by Sharon Carmichael and Michael Seigel with Terranomics (3,010 square feet), Starbucks (1,731 square feet), and Radio Shack (2,421 square feet).
Starbucks Continues to Expand in 2006
Bay Area, CA February 8, 2006 Staci Eisler and James Chung with Terranomics represented Starbucks (tenant) in leasing seven new locations in four Bay Area cities within the first two weeks of January. Staci Eisler brokered six of these deals in the following locations: Los Gatos (Los Gatos Shopping Center and The Los Gatos Gateway); San Jose (Saratoga and Williams, Silver Creek Plaza and Berryessa and King); and Daly City (Westlake Shopping Center). James Chung leased 1,800 square feet to Starbucks in the Town Country Center at Bogue and Garden Highway in Yuba City. The landlord was Garden Highway Commercial.
