Tenants Staying In-Line at New Morgan Hill Retail Power Center
Morgan Hill, CA – April 12, 2007 – Matt Kircher, Todd Oliver and Carmen Decker with Terranomics Retail Services represented Browman Development (Landlord) in two new lease transactions at the new Morgan Hill Power Retail Center at Hwy 101 and Cochrane in Morgan Hill, CA. In the first transaction Julian Mancias (Tenant), also represented by the Kircher, Oliver and Decker, leased 1,200 square feet of in-line retail space. And in the second transaction, Quizno’s (Tenant) leased 1,300 square feet of in-line space. Construction is well under way on the new Target-anchored Morgan Hill Power Center, which will consist of a total of 657,250 square feet of retail space when completed. Phase I is scheduled to open July 2007. Confirmed tenants at the Center include Target, Staples, Petco, DSW Shoes, Circuit City, Chili’s, and Red Robin.
