Tenants Staying In-Line at New Morgan Hill Retail Power Center

Morgan Hill, CA – April 12, 2007 – Matt Kircher, Todd Oliver and Carmen Decker with Terranomics Retail Services represented Browman Development (Landlord) in two new lease transactions at the new Morgan Hill Power Retail Center at Hwy 101 and Cochrane in Morgan Hill, CA. In the first transaction Julian Mancias (Tenant), also represented by the Kircher, Oliver and Decker, leased 1,200 square feet of in-line retail space. And in the second transaction, Quizno’s (Tenant) leased 1,300 square feet of in-line space. Construction is well under way on the new Target-anchored Morgan Hill Power Center, which will consist of a total of 657,250 square feet of retail space when completed. Phase I is scheduled to open July 2007. Confirmed tenants at the Center include Target, Staples, Petco, DSW Shoes, Circuit City, Chili’s, and Red Robin.

El Camino Real in Millbrae, CA. The Tenant is HSBC Bank USA, National Association.

Novato, CA – April 12, 2007 – Mark Koenig and John Schaefer with Terranomics Retail Services represented James Campbell Company, LLC (Owner) in two new retail lease transactions at Vintage Oaks at Novato located at the SEC of Highway 101 & Rowland Blvd in Novato, CA. H2N, Inc. (Tenant) leased 3,728 square feet of in-line space and Sushiholic (Tenant) leased 1,680 square feet of in-line space. Both tenants took occupancy in March 2007. Vintage Oaks contains over 55 stores and is anchored by Target, Costco, Ross, and Macy’s Furniture Store plus several junior anchors such as Old Navy, Petco, and Pier 1 Imports.

Soquel, CA – April 12, 2007 – Sharon Carmichael and Michael Seigel with Terranomics Retail Services represented Panda Express (Tenant) in the lease of 2,350 square feet of end cap retail space within the Redwood Square shopping center at 2700 41St Ave. in Soquel, CA. The center is anchored by a newly expanded Safeway, a new Home Depot, Best Buy and Beverlys Fabrics and Crafts. The Landlord is Safeway, Inc.
