Best Buy to Open Store at Crossroads Regional Center in Riverbank, CA

Riverbank, CA – September 18, 2007 – Matt Kircher with Terranomics Retail Services represented landlord, First Riverbank LP, in the lease of 30,000 square feet of in-line retail space within the Crossroads Regional Center located at NEC Oakdale @ Claribel in Riverbank, CA. The tenant, Best Buy, represented by Colliers International, is scheduled to take occupancy at the center October 1, 2007. Best Buy will join a long list of major retailers which include Target, Home Depot, Kohl's, Petco, Staples, Red Robin, and Starbucks.

24 Hour Fitness Finds New Health Club Location in Moraga

Moraga , CA – September 18, 2007 – Mike Costa and James Chung with Terranomics Retail Services represented 24 Hour Fitness USA , Inc. in the long-term lease of a 21,440 square foot single-story building located at 351 Rheem Blvd. in Moraga , CA .  The landlord is Kin Properties, which was represented by Grubb & Ellis. 24 Hour is remodeling the entire building, formerly used for office purposes, for its health club facility use.

Technology Credit Union Leased Space at Bascom Square , San Jose

San Jose, CA – September 18, 2007 – Todd Oliver and James Chung with Terranomics Retail Services represented SFP Bascom Square, LLC in the long-term lease of 4,349 square feet of in-line retail space at Bascom Square, located at 1554-1578 S. Bascom Ave. in San Jose. The tenant was Technology Credit Union, which was represented by Drew Arvay of NAI BT Commercial San Jose and Anne Ralston of Cornish & Carey Commercial. Technology Credit Union is leasing the space formerly occupied by Blockbuster Video on the hard corner of Bascom & Hamilton, one of the busiest intersections in Santa Clara County.

Curry House New Eatery at Cupertino 's Civic Park , First NorCal location

Cupertino, CA – September 18, 2007 – Todd Oliver and Mike Costa with Terranomics Retail Services represented landlord Civic Park Cupertino, LLC in the lease of 3,000 square feet of in-line retail/restaurant space within Cupertino's newest mixed-use retail/residential center, Civic Park, located at the SWC De Anza Blvd. @ Rodrigues Ave. The tenant was House Foods America Corporation dba Curry House Restaurants, which was represented by Tenny Tsai and Allison Koo of NAI BT Commercial San Jose. Curry House is scheduled to open in January 2008. This will be Curry House's first northern California site, as their other eight locations are all positioned in southern California . House Foods America is Japan 's largest packager of spices as well as a manufacturer and seller of processed cooking preparations. House Foods utilizes such spices in their Curry House cuisine.


California Sun Centers Opened Tanning Salon at Madison & Dewey Marketplace

Fair Oaks, CA – September 18, 2007 – Bob Dong and Jared Dong with Terranomics Retail Services teamed up to represent both parties in the retail lease transaction of 2,618 square feet of in-line space at Madison & Dewey Mark etplace located on Dewey Dr. in Fair Oaks, CA. The Dong team brokered the long-term lease deal on behalf of the owner, Madison & Dewey, LLC, and the tenant, California Sun Centers, a state-of-the-art tanning salon.  California Sun took occupancy in August 2007, making it their 19 th location in the Sacramento Valley area per its website.

Massage Envy Opened Location at Crown Canyon Commons in San Ramon

San Ramon, CA – September 18, 2007 – Matt Taylor and James Chung with Terranomics Retail Services, exclusive broker representatives for Massage Envy Ltd., have closed a long-term retail lease transaction of 2,852 square feet on behalf of the membership-based therapeutic massage company. Massage Envy leased the end-cap space located within the Crow Canyon Commons shopping center from owner Federal Realty Canyon Crow, LLC, who represented themselves in the deal.
