Eatza Pizza Takes 5,310 SF Slice within Florin Mall, Sacramento

Sacramento, CA – October 16, 2006 – Carmen Decker and Ariel Fox with Terranomics Retail Services represented Eatza Pizza (Tenant) in the lease of 5,310 square feet of end cap retail space within the Florin Mall located in Sacramento. Eatza Pizza locked in to a term of five years with South Sac, LLC (Owner). Founded in Phoenix in 1997, the expanding pizza chain has 112 restaurants opened or under development in the states of Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.

Payless ShoeSource Steps into Browman’s Morgan Hill Power Center

Morgan Hill, CA – October 16, 2006 – Carmen Decker, Matt Kircher, Todd Oliver, Sharon Carmichael and Michael Seigel with Terranomics Retail Services teamed up to broker the 2,800 square foot lease of retail space within Browman Development’s Morgan Hill Power Center located at Hwy 101 @ Cochrane Ave. in Morgan Hill. The trio of Decker, Kircher and Oliver represented Browman Development (Owner) with Carmichael and Seigel combining to represent Payless ShoeSource, Inc. (Tenant). Payless ShoeSource, the largest specialty family footwear retailer in the Western Hemisphere, will occupy the space for an initial term of five-years.

Chef Glenn "Gator" Thompson (Alcatraces in SF) is bringing his Neo Soul Cuisine to B Street in San Mateo.

San Mateo, CA – October 16, 2006 – Matt Taylor and Todd Oliver with Terranomics Retail Services represented both Owner and Tenant in the lease of 2,781 square feet of in-line retail space located at 129 B Street in San Mateo. Kelvin Liborio & Glenn Thompson dba Gator’s Neo Soul (Tenant) leased the space from B Street Viking Investments LLC (Owner) for a 10-year term. The brainchild of Chef Glenn “Gator” Thompson, formerly of Alcatraces in San Francisco, the 60-seat Neo Soul—Southern inspired California cuisine—restaurant will serve lunch and dinner along with brunch on Sundays. The restaurant will also feature a full bar. Adding to the cuisine’s authenticity will be the banishment from the kitchen of all things canned and the commitment to (nearly) all things housemade. Gator will make his own butters, jams, sausages and most, if not all the breads.

Le Creuset Casts 1,720 SF Lease at Olympia Place, Walnut Creek

Walnut Creek, CA – October 16, 2006 – Patrick McGaughey and James Chung with Terranomics Retail Services represented Schiller Stores dba Le Creuset (Tenant) in the lease of 1,720 square feet of in-line retail within Olympia Place located at 1637 Mt. Diablo Rd. in Walnut Creek. Le Creuset will lease the space for an initial period of five years from Pan Pacific Retail Properties (Owner). Factory-based in Northern France, Le Creuset is the world’s leading manufacturer of Enameled Cast-Iron cookware and Screwpull-brand corkscrews.

Starbucks Lands at Site alongside Ukiah Airport

Ukiah, CA – October 16, 2006 – James Chung with Terranomics Retail Services represented Starbucks (Tenant) in the lease of 1,800 square feet of in-line retail space at SWC Airport and Commerce in Ukiah. Starbucks leased the space from Best Properties (Owner) for a period of 10 years. The site lies alongside the Ukiah Municipal Airport.

Spirit Halloween Stores Sublets 39K SF Building in Vallejo

Vallejo, CA – October 16, 2006 – Patrick McGaughey and Sam Finne with Terranomics Retail Services represented Home Depot USA (Owner) in the sublease of 38,700 square feet of space at 66 Admiral Callaghan in Vallejo. Spirit Halloween Stores (Tenant) will sublet the space on a short term through the Halloween season.
