Bed, Bath & Beyond Now Open at Eastridge Mall in San Jose
San Jose, CA November 21, 2006 Bed, Bath & Beyond, exclusively represented by Don Krieger with Terranomics Retail Services, leased 45,281 square feet of retail space at Eastridge Mall, which is located in the City of San Jose’s eastern region. The Owner is General Growth Properties. The two-story Bed, Bath & Beyond opened its doors this November and has agreed to an initial lease term of 10 years. This is the third Santa Clara County location opened by the national domestic merchandise retailer in the last year, which included openings in the cities of Mountain View and Campbell. Eastridge Mall is also anchored by Macy’s, Sears, JC Penney and an AMC 15 movie theatre.

(Owner) in two new restaurant lease transactions at Dublin Town Square on Amador Valley Blvd. in Dublin. In the first transaction, Panera Bread leased 4,700 square feet of space in a new building that will start construction soon, and the second transaction was from Sushi 41 on 2,559 square feet. Notably, a few months ago, Elephant Bar also joined Dublin Town Square.
