San Jose, CA – November 21, 2006 –Bed, Bath & Beyond, exclusively represented by Don Krieger with Terranomics Retail Services, leased 45,281 square feet of retail space at Eastridge Mall, which is located in the City of San Jose’s eastern region. The Owner is General Growth Properties. The two-story Bed, Bath & Beyond opened its doors this November and has agreed to an initial lease term of 10 years. This is the third Santa Clara County location opened by the national domestic merchandise retailer in the last year, which included openings in the cities of Mountain View and Campbell.
